Northfield Elementary PTA has several sponsorship levels that allow businesses to invest in our school’s educational programs and activities that enrich the lives & education of our students. Our PTA directly supports community-building events, educational support in the classroom, student enrichment opportunities, staff support, hospitality, and extracurricular events.

Look what the amazing NES staff made us do! It's the perfect week to dress up like hipsters and celebrate what gives Northfield the best reputation. Help us make Staff Appreciation Week the VIP experience we are aiming for by volunteering, donating an item, or giving a monetary donation via Venmo (@Youle-VanVoorhees). The yearbook sale is open! Order this awesome keepsake for your Roadrunner - books will be $30. Deadline is APRIL 30th. We will not be ordering extras so please get your order in asap. If you have pictures you'd like to submit from in-school or PTA-led activities, please email to Meghan Leimenstoll at president@northfieldpta.org. Thanks!

In the ongoing spirt of belonging and inclusion at NES, students helped create the newest display on our cafeteria bulletin board by writing their names on the B-E-L-O-N-G letters. This is a constant reminder - along with all the messages reinforced by teachers and staff at NES- that NES is a welcoming place where everyone belongs. Ask your child if they've seen the new bulletin board, and be sure to stop by to check it out next time you visit.

Every year, the PTA forms a Nominating Committee to fill our vacant Executive Board and Board of Directors positions with people from our Northfield Community. This is a great volunteer opportunity for people who see the skills of others and want to highlight them. Bonus, it can all be done from home! We’re looking for three people to be on our nominating committee this year. If you’re interested, or want to learn more, please contact Melinda Collins, VP1@northfieldpta.org.

Rudy wants to celebrate a great year with all his favorite Roadrunners! Rudy’s Block Party is Saturday, May 11, from 4-7 PM. Here are a few things Rudy’s planning: Outdoor Games, DJ and Dancing, Facepainting, Free Popcorn, Fun Snack Bar and Food Trucks, and more! 

Tickets are $20 per family if you pre-register by May 9th ($30 CASH at the door).  This is a rain or shine event. 

Food trucks available will be Antojitos Express, Bmore Mochichi and Mike's Gelato. Costco pizzas are available for pre-order and pick up at the event! Limit 1 pizza per family.

No rain date, no refunds. Proceeds will be donated towards future PTA events.
