Lunch - Waste Free Wednesday

Attention Road Runner families! Fifth Grade Girl Scout Troop 1247 has been working hard to bring a waste-free Wednesday to Northfield. Starting March 26, 2025, Northfield will have a Waste-free Wednesday EVERY Wednesday! The grade that has the least trash at lunchtime for the most Wednesdays over two months will be keeper of the Waste-Free Wednesday Trophy and will earn a prize! Parents, we are calling on you to help your kids eliminate waste at Northfield by packing a lunch on Wednesdays and using only reusable containers in lunchboxes.
