Community Businesses Love Northfield!

Northfield Elementary PTA offers three opportunities for community businesses to support educational programs and activities that enrich the lives and learning experiences of our students. Our PTA directly funds community-building events, classroom support, student enrichment opportunities, staff appreciation and hospitality, and extracurricular activities. Option 1: Become a NES Community Sponsor

Community Sponsors help fund programs, events, and enrichment opportunities that benefit more than 700 Northfield students and their families. We are grateful for the support of local businesses and Northfield family-owned businesses that invest in our school community.

Sponsorship Levels

We offer three sponsorship levels, each with different recognition opportunities and benefits:

  • Rudy Sponsor — $1,000
    Our premier sponsorship level, which includes title sponsorship of one PTA event, company poster display at all PTA events, and the opportunity to distribute a promotional item to families.
  • NES Blue Sponsor — $500
    Includes the opportunity to distribute a promotional item at one PTA event, along with year-round recognition.
  • NES Yellow Sponsor — $250
    Includes core recognition through our website, newsletters, and social media.

All sponsorship levels include:

  • PTA Membership
  • Company logo with a link on the Northfield PTA website
  • Company logo with a link in PTA e-newsletters
  • Social media recognition

Option 2: Community Event Table

Community Event Tables provide local businesses and organizations with an opportunity to connect directly with Northfield families during select PTA events. Participants may share information about their business, distribute flyers, offer promotional items or swag, and engage with attendees in a family-friendly environment.

  • Cost: $100 per event table
  • Businesses are responsible for staffing, setup, and cleanup of their table
  • Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Participation does not include PTA advertising or promotion beyond event recognition

Option 3: In-Kind Sponsors

In-kind donations are contributions of goods or services rather than monetary support. These generous donations help reduce event costs and enhance programs and experiences for our students, staff, and families.

 

Examples of in-kind donations include:

  • Food or beverages for events
  • Gift cards or raffle prizes
  • Event supplies or decorations
  • Printing services
  • Professional services or entertainment

Depending on the nature and value of the contribution, donors may be recognized at the supported event and/or in post-event acknowledgements.

 

 

Northfield Elementary PTA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Please consult your tax advisor, as all or part of your contribution may be tax-deductible as a charitable donation.
