Community Businesses Love Northfield!

Northfield Elementary PTA offers three opportunities for community businesses to support educational programs and activities that enrich the lives and learning experiences of our students. Our PTA directly funds community-building events, classroom support, student enrichment opportunities, staff appreciation and hospitality, and extracurricular activities. Option 1: Become a NES Community Sponsor

We offer various Community Sponsorship levels — Rudy ($1,000), NES Blue ($500), and NES Yellow ($250) — with opportunities for recognition through PTA events, communications, and community outreach. Every sponsorship directly benefits Northfield students and helps strengthen our school community.

Option 2: Community Event Table

Community Event Tables provide local businesses and organizations with an opportunity to connect directly with Northfield families during select PTA events. Participants may share information about their business, distribute flyers, offer promotional items or swag, and engage with attendees in a family-friendly environment.

Cost: $100 per event table
Businesses are responsible for staffing, setup, and cleanup of their table
Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis
Participation does not include PTA advertising or promotion beyond event recognition

Option 3: In-Kind Sponsors

In-Kind Sponsors support the Northfield PTA through donations of goods, services, food, raffle items, supplies, or event support instead of a monetary contribution. These generous donations help reduce event costs and enhance experiences for students, staff, and families.

Examples of in-kind support may include:

Food or beverages for events
Gift cards or raffle prizes
Event supplies or decorations
Printing services
Professional services or entertainment

In-Kind Sponsors may receive recognition at the supported event and/or in post-event
acknowledgements, depending on the nature and level of the contribution.
